About the Show

More Than an Interview. A Celebration.

Spotlight on Good People was created by Robert DiLella Jr. — whose father, Robert DiLella Sr., founded Robert of Philadelphia Salons in Naples in 1980 — to shine a light on the unsung heroes who define the identity and quality of life in Naples and Southwest Florida.

This is a show about this community, for this community. Every guest lives here, works here, and is part of what makes Southwest Florida extraordinary. That's not a coincidence — it's the whole point.

This isn't a formal interview. It's a relaxed, armchair-style conversation where we explore your story, your impact, and who you really are. Our community wants to know you — not just your résumé.

Every guest is nominated by someone who believes their story matters. That means you're already part of a circle of people making a real difference. We're here to amplify it.
